In 2018 Ashley and Glen Kohn set out on a mission to create a delicious beef jerky made for people that are more discerning and health conscious about the foods they consume.

True to their philosophy, “Never settle. Always Prevail”, they do not compromise on sustainability, clean ingredients, allergy sensitivity, and most importantly the taste of their beef jerky products.

Made in Chicago their beef jerky is 100% grass-fed, nitrate-free, gluten-free, soy-free, allergy friendly, non-gmo, paleo certified, and keto certified.

We’re big fans of the Umami flavor.  We’d love to see a BBQ flavor in the future.
