Partake Foods is a tangible example of the saying “necessity is the mother of invention.” Founder, Denise Woodard is a mother that needed to solve a problem for her daughter, so she invented a solution.
Eight allergens (wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, soy, fish, and shellfish) are the cause of 90% of food allergies – nearly 10% of all kids (and growing) are affected; Denise’s daughter is one of them.
Denise quickly discovered finding allergy friendly, healthy, and delicious snacks for her family was difficult and frustrating; undeterred, she created her own. Some trial and error resulted in success and the start of Partake Foods. Her brand, approach, and products also got the attention of the Chobani Incubator program.
Starting with their line of cookies, Partake is on a mission to provide convenient, healthy meals and snacks that are allergen friendly, gluten free, vegan, and kosher, made with real food ingredients like sprouted grains, fruits and vegetables.
